Currently live with YA, and want to renew?: September 1st through September 21st. Please note, our office is closed on September 4th in observance of Labor Day. Current residents have the exclusive opportunity to renew their apartments during this time. Renewal incentives below: 

Rent <$599 | Receive $450 rent credit or $400 gift card
Rent >$600 | Receive $600 rent credit or $550 gift card

Terms and Conditions

Lessee(s) must have a valid lease signed by September 21st, 2023 to qualify for the renewal incentive. Renewal incentive is only offerred to Lessee(s) who are currently occupying the unit stated in the 2023-24 lease agreement.

Part of an RSO?: Groupsign runs Sept. 25th - Sept. 29th by group appointment. Young America Agents will contact RSO's who have signed up for the Group sign program and create a specific appointment time for each group. During this period, RSO members can sign a lease and be eligible for the RSO/Group discount program. For more information on Group Sign, please visit yarealty.com/groupsign2023.

 

Live with YA, but want a new apartment?: Transfer period runs October 2nd through Oct 3rd. Current Young America residents can sign to move to a different Young America apartment for the 2023-2024 school year.

2024-25 Sample Lease

If you are a first time resident at Young America, be sure to fill out the online registration form before coming in to the office to sign your lease. Pre-registering only takes a few minutes, and will help speed up the process for both you and your leasing agent!
