Easy Payment Options

To keep revenue as high as possible for our property owners, we make it easy for residents to submit payments for rent and fees in-person, by mail, or electronically via our tenant portal. About 85% of payments by our residents are made online. Each month, we notify residents about account discrepancies with detailed steps toward resolution. When necessary, we also manage the collections process for delinquent accounts.

Detailed Monthly Reporting For Property Owners

We provide property owners with detailed reporting and 24/7, real-time data on our owner’s portal. We develop reports for your account to show profit and loss statements, rent-roll/occupancy rates, check registers, and more to ensure you maintain control over the financial performance of your investment property.

Keys will be available to pick up from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM!

For Current YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 8:30 AM. For NEW YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 10:30 AM.
