No. Your current lease, lease terms, and agreements remain in effect. This acquisition does not change your signed lease.

Is my rent changing?

No. There are no changes to your current rent as part of this transition. This acquisition does not change the terms already outlined in your lease.

Will the local Peoria team still be there?

Yes. The same local team continues to manage day-to-day operations from the Peoria office.

How do I submit maintenance requests or report emergencies?

Submit maintenance requests the same way you always have. We are standardizing maintenance workflows to ensure requests are handled efficiently, consistently, and with clear communication.

Where do I pay rent?

Rent payments must be made using one of the following methods:

In person at the YA Realty (formerly Acceleration Properties) office, located at 6517 N Sheridan Rd., Peoria, during regular business hours
Online through your resident portal

Will the property name change?

No. Rental property names are not changing.

Keys will be available to pick up from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM!

For Current YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 8:30 AM. For NEW YA Residents, keys can be picked up starting at 10:30 AM.
